How to Measure

How to measure your underbust   Wrap the tape measure around your chest firmly, just under the bust and straight across your back.

 

How to measure the overbust   Measure around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipple). This is best done while you're wearing a bra that is not padded. Hold the tape gently so that the tape is resting lightly against your body.

 

How to measure waist   Wrap the tape measure slightly tight around the natural indentation of the waist,preferably on bare skin. If you can't find this curve, bend to one side and the crease will show you where to measure.

 

 

How to measure hip   Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight all the way around. The tape measure should be snug and parallel to the ground.

 

 

What if I receive my order, and the size is wrong. Can I exchange?

 

Good news! We do approve exchanges provided the items meet the following conditions:

1) The item/s is in perfect, new condition with no odours, stains or rips and has not been worn

2) The item/s has all tags attached and hygiene stickers in place

3) The item was purchased in the last 30 days

Please note: Bptboppityboo reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria, and approval of returns can be subject to change at the discretion of the Bptboppityboo team should the item/s not meet quality checks once received at our warehouse.

For size exchanges that we have in stock, we will send it out immediately after checking on the condition of the item. For size exchange that we do not have stock, we will then issue a store credit in the form of a gift card that is valid for 12 months.

For our international customers, unfortunately we won't be able to offer a size exchange as the cost of return shipping (for you and for us) and sending them out again would make the cost too high. 

 

Can I do self-collection? 

 

Unfortunately we have outsourced our fulfilment services to an external partner so we are no longer able to provide self-collection services! :)

 

Can I order a design of Lunalae apparel that’s not shown on your website?

 

Yes most definitely! We ship from Lunalae every few weeks. If you have your eyes on any design that’s not on our website, email us @ bptboppityboo@gmail.com , DM us on IG @bptboppityboo or ping us on Whatsapp at +65 88746385 and let us know! We’ll check on size availability and price for you! :) 

 

Will Out of Stock items be restocked?

There's different restock dates for the different designs, so if you would like to know when a particular design will be back in stock next, just send us an email @ bptboppityboo@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +65 88746385 . Do indicate the size, style and color you are interested in and we will get back to you! :)
