 I’m not sure of my size, is there a size chart?

Yes, absolutely! There is a size chart for reference. Here it is! All sizes on our website are based on US sizing. 

Do I need to size up for boots? 

That's a good question that many of our customers ask! Based on our experience, if your normal open-toe Pleasers fit snuggly, then we would recommend you to size up for a closed-toe boots as it will be more comfortable with the additional socks that you will be wearing along with the boots. If it's still loose, you can try to wear thicker socks to help with the fit! It's always safer to get the boots a little bigger and wear thicker socks to help than to get a smaller size and end up having painful toes! :)

What if I receive my order, and the size is wrong. Can I exchange?

Good news! We now offer a 1-time size exchange for our customers in Singapore given the conditions below are met! We can only offer a one time size exchange as we will have to absorb the import taxes, GST and shipping charges for any size exchange. The conditions for the size exchange are:

1) The original pair has to be in brand new condition and returned in the same condition as it was. This includes the shoe box as well. 

2) The shoe will have to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase and the cost of it will have to be borne by the customer. 

3) Once we have verified the condition of the return pair, we will then proceed to order the new pair in, so do expect another delivery time of 4-10 working days or 1-3 working days for Speed Heels. 

Please note: Bptboppityboo reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria, and approval of returns can be subject to change at the discretion of the Bptboppityboo team should the item/s not meet quality checks once received at our warehouse.

For our international customers, unfortunately we won't be able to offer a size exchange as the cost of return shipping (for you and for us) and sending them out again would make the cost too high.

We do stock A VERY SELECT inventory of heels in Singapore for the desperate situations, but they’d be limited in designs AND sizes. They are categorized under SPEED HEELS, and these heels can be delivered to you in as soon as possible!

Can I do self-collection? 

We use a 3rd party fulfilment centre to help us so we are unable to provide self-collection services! :)

Can I order a pair of Pleaser heels that’s not shown on your website?

Yes most definitely! Pleaser has SOOOO many designs, it’s just impossible for us to put them all up on our website! (we do try!) If you have your eyes on any design that’s not on our website, DM us on IG @bptboppityboo or ping us on Whatsapp at +65 88746385 and let us know! We’ll check on size availability and price for you! :) 

Will Out of Stock items be restocked?

There's different restock dates for the different styles, so if you would like to know when a particular design will be back in stock next, just send us an email @ bptboppityboo@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +65 88746385 . Do indicate the. style and color you are interested in and we will get back to you! Note that sale items usually won't be restocked. :)
